Naturesave Personal Accident and Illness insurance is available to anyone under the age of 60 (or under the age of 70 for just Personal Accident insurance), subject to a satisfactory Personal Accident and Illness Proposal Form.

A Declaration of Health form may be required in the event that you have any pre-existing conditions
