Creating a Social Media Toolbox to promote community energy

« Go back

Community Energy South is a regional support group for community energy in the south-east. The Social Media Toolbox forms part of Community Energy South’s marketing hub. The hub is available to help the Community Energy Groups establish their Facebook and Social Media strategies.

In 2018 they partnered with Our Power a new energy supply company that is aligned with community energy offering two tariffs Fairer Energy that targets support to the vulnerable and fuel poor and Positive Energy that is 100% green. The aim was to offer these tariffs to the regions community energy groups and any profits from the Positive Energy Tariff will be returned to the groups to invest in tackling fuel poverty.
